  The Dean Ballenger Insurance Agency is a great company, I have made a few changes in my insurance over the last few weeks and they handled it without missing a beat. Dean and his company were right on top of everything. On top of everything else they are a Christian based company that means more than anything to me.

  Previously, I used the Internet to deal directly with the insurance companies. Upon my most current renewal, I decided to use the Dean Ballenger agency. And I'm very glad I did. They were able to find the coverage I needed at the price I wanted. All in a very easy to work with fashion. Communication was easy and frequent. Subsequent changes to my policy have been handled promptly with minimal effort on my part. Very pleased so far and plan to continue to recommend them to all.

  Great customer service. Enthusiastic team. Delivered on everything stated and in a timely fashion. For a busy person who works in the healthcare sector and doesn't have the time or energy to try to wrap their head around the insurance world of vehicles, is where these guys step in --and do a great job at it. Further, they were able to quote me HALF of the total amount of what another agency (who will be left unmentioned) as "the lowest possible yearly premium based on my vechile and 'credit score.'" Mind you, my credit score is in the excellent category, so their dedication to finding me the lowest possible annual premium on a new truck in less than a few hours with a carrier I am familiar with, blew my mind. They are all very great at communication, professionalism, and even have a great sense of humor sprinkled into their customer service, where applicable. I have already referred my family members to them, and will continue to refer anyone to them looking for a hassle and headache-free insurance agency. Heck, I'm taking the time to write this review at length, if that says anything positive in their favor.
