I was clueless on a lot of the lingo and process of buying a house, so they were not only able to answer my questions, but help me learn what was going on. Kimberly Bruce was my broker and she seemed like the best in the business! She was very down to earth and knowledgeable about everything. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Everything was perfect until the day before the loan when my loan officer told me "we need you to wire $921 in the next 2 hours or the loan will fall apart". Apparently my final payment on the mortgage was supposed to get wired rather than paid online like I always have.
